Freebass’ “You Don’t Know This About Me”, Arthur Baker remix has been chosen to soundtrack the advance thirty second television promo for this much anticipated launch, with the theme “You Don’t Know This About.... Piers”.

Former Daily Mirror editor Piers Morgan’s increasing profile, especially in the US as a judge on America’s Got Talent, has seen him land one of the most prestigious job in journalism as the replacement for American interviewer Larry King as retires from his “Larry King Live” 9pm CNN show.
“Piers Morgan Tonight” launches Monday 17th January in the Larry King slot and with the Piers the King-In-Waiting US chat, he is joined in the first show by the Queen of Stateside TV, Oprah Winfrey, who has recently launched her own TV channels, OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network)
Chosen as the launch music for the show's campaign, “You Don’t Know This About Me” was recorded in the early on Freebass sessions before the band found a lead singer and The Charlatan’s Tim Burgess wrote the vocal for his Mancunian rock star pals driving round the Hollywood Hills before it became the lead track on Freebass’ debut EP “Two Worlds Collide.
Arch guitar interplay surround Tim’s vocal in the remix by New Order production legend Arthur Baker which is the version employed in the advert, a subtle but hypnotic acid house reworking.
